Hi there, my name is Collin Coy and I am the founder and owner of Iowa Home Buyers. I was born and raised in the Des Moines area and live here with my wife and son. I love my community and I’m a proud Iowan. I’ve been involved in real estate since 2015 and I’m a licensed Realtor in Iowa. I was inspired to form Iowa Trusted Home Buyers, out of a desire to help fellow Iowans navigate through difficult situations and to give them an easier option to sell their home and provide them with certainty.
